So we are told that one inch is 55 miles right?
That means for ever one inch on the map it is 55 miles in real life.
So if it is 3.25 inches in the map it is 3.5 multiplied by 55 miles in real life right?
And we know 3.25*55 is 178.75 miles.
So in real life it those two cities are 178.75miles apart
