This is a weird equation but your answer would have to be 2.6.
First you have to distribute the parentheses, So -4.8*6.3x and -4.8*-4.18, then add your answer from -4.8* -4.18 to -58.56. then divide your answer from -4.8*6.3x, and you will get 2.6.
