Solution

For this case we know that :

1/8 of teaspoon for every 3 cups of frosting

Now the amount of cups increase to 4 cups then we can find the number teaspoon

We can use a proportional rule and we got:

[tex]\frac{\frac{1}{8}}{3}=\frac{x}{4}[/tex]
