Answer:

Theoretical probability is a calculated value whereas experimental is an observed value. Theoretical is more reliable because it is usually not subject to all the testing failures that are possible. Experimental probability is only used in practice or when there isn't any theory.

Both are useful, but theoretical probability is more reliable because it has been studied and matured, so it is more foolproof than experiments.
